Navigate to the product page, click on Order Fitting and fill-in your details so we can contact you back.
We will shortly be in touch with you to setup an appointment date and location.
You will then receive an invoice by e-mail for a deposit amounting to 10% of the coat price, which must be settled to confirm the appointment.
We will refund your full deposit after the fitting session or deduct it from your final purchase (*).
We will deliver the selected coat to you in person at the desired address and time.
During the fitting session, we will gather your modification and adjustment requests, including changes of the coat/ sleeves length, the coat size or the personalization of some elements (buttons, hooks, lining).
At the end of the session, if you decide to place a final order, we will proceed to the payment immediately.
If you have to cancel or re-schedule the session, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at email@example.com, but no later than 24 hours before the appointment.
In other cases, including no-shows, the amount of our expenses will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder returned to you within 15 days.
