Fur coat Fitting

How does it work?

Step 1- Order your fitting

Navigate to the product page, click on Order Fitting and fill-in your details so we can contact you back.

Step 2 - Appointment

We will shortly be in touch with you to setup an appointment date and location. 

Step 3 - Deposit

You will then receive an invoice by e-mail for a deposit amounting to 10% of the coat price, which must be settled to confirm the appointment. 

We will refund your full deposit after the fitting session or deduct it from your final purchase (*).

Step 4 - Fitting

We will deliver the selected luxury fur coat to you in person at the desired address and time.

During the fitting session, we will gather your modification and adjustment requests, including changes of the coat/ sleeves length, the coat size or the personalization of some elements (buttons, hooks, lining).

Step 5 - Decision & Payment

At the end of the session, if you decide to place a final order, we will proceed to the payment immediately.

  • If you request no adjustments or modifications, you will simply keep the coat.
  • Otherwise, your coat will be adjusted and sent to you at a later date. Time to deliver your final order depend on the type of modifications you have requested. 


If you have to cancel or re-schedule the session, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at sales@furcaravan.com, but no later than 24 hours before the appointment.

In other cases, including no-shows, the amount of our expenses will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder returned to you within 15 days.
