Payment and Fitting
If you would like to organise a private fitting session:
- Fill-in our form so we can contact you back.
- We require a deposit of 10% of the coat price, which is refunded at the end of the fitting session, should you not want to proceed with a purchase.
If you have to cancel or re-schedule the session, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, but no later than 24 hours before the appointment.
In other cases, including no-shows, the amount of our expenses will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder returned to you within 15 days.
Payments & Delivery
We deliver our coats within 3 to 5 working days via our partner DHL and accept the following payment forms:
- Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express)
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery - when delivered in person, for instance during a fitting session.
Free returns are available worldwide for all full price items within 14 days of shipping and all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided our return conditions are met.
Should you desire to return your product, please contact us and we will arrange the return or exchange of your purchase.
